Do you know which month people sleep the least? February! I bet you will be sleeping a lot less this month, for PlayStation grants whole three (well technically five) games free to download for PlayStation Plus subscribers.
Five games you say? Yes, it’s like Christmas has all but returned already in February. These games are available through February 3rd to March 2nd.
The first one of the gift bags is Bioshock series that includes Bioshock 1, 2 and Infinite and all the DLCS. The first-person shooter game was developed by 2K Boston and 2K Australia and published by 2K games. The game series is fully remastered, and is free on PS4 Plus subscription.
The retro-futuristic game looks and plays acceptable with today’s standards. The story and the creepiness of the game along its mystery are all but the aspects that give the game its timeless feel. It is almost like a virtual museum you can walk around and see some weird photos and characters.
With the news for the development of the next series of the game, it might be a good idea to get your hands back on Console and be ready. Even though this time the original game developer Ken Levine is going to be out of the project.
Don’t tell me, you never imagined how a world underwater would work. Okay, if you have not, then you need to play this game. If you have, then you still can check out the game, for it has incredibly incorporated political ideologies to how the gameplay works in the underwater world.
The second entry to the free list of February is “The Sims 4” despite its first average reviews and criticism the game developed by Maxis, The Sims Studio overcame all the odds against it. Ever since the game itself first came out, like in the 2000s, yes, it is that old. The game used to be average. Average it stayed for a decade, if not longer, regardless of its new expansions, packs, and stuff.
The simulation game limits you so much, yet allows you to do even more, from making Sims swim until they die, or you can make them die off of their own garbage. This can only tell us one thing that the game has developed a lot, like a lot a lot, and lets you quench your creative thirst whatever it may be.
While we wait for new expansions or the Sims 5, the free offer for PlayStation Plus subscribers shall keep you busy in the meantime. You get to decide whether you want to kill off Sims or let them live lavishly in a beautiful tiny house you built.
Before we went ahead to present you the last piece from the gift bag, remember, to pick up January’s free games before February 4th. They are Uncharted Nathan series and the hilariously awesome Goat Simulator.
The third addition to February’s free for PS4 Plus subscribers is Firewall Zero Hour. Although this one requires to have PSVR to play it. This virtual reality first-person shooter was developed by First Contact Entertainment and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The game gives you the best kind of tension playing it. The reviews for this game were sick and wicked. After all the years of working on making the game free of glitches and bugs, they deserved to have “raise ‘n praise”.
Having received positive reviews, the game stands true to them. It makes you feel like you are in a real battlefield with an objective. If you have not ordered the VR glasses, this game might be the reason you want to do it, for its worth it.
Choosing one of 12 contractors and protecting sensitive information in one of 13 maps, on 4v4 matches, might be the ideal Netflix and chill, except, without Netflix and chill.
You might think sleep is indispensable only until you get your hands on these games. Especially the Firewall Zero Hour where being a contractor will mean more to you than being you 😉
